Requirements captured. Line diagram signed off.

Every project starts with the plant, not the panel. Our engineers sit with your operations team to map the single-line diagram, I/O count, annunciation logic and the specific IS/IEC standards the panel has to pass. Nothing gets cut until the drawing is stamped.

Manufacturing timeline

3D layout and BOM released.

Mosaic tile placement, mimic routing and mounting-plate layout come out of the CAD room. The bill of materials — every switch, pilot light, terminal, relay and enclosure — is locked and released to procurement.

Powder-coated enclosures arrive from our fabrication line and pass dimensional QC. Every component in the BOM is staged at the bench — Werner switches from our own line, third-party MCBs, contactors, annunciators and terminal blocks — kitted per panel section.

Wiring, mosaic and mimic assembly.

Every wire is dressed to the drawing, ferruled and torque-checked. Mosaic tiles butt together on the 24 mm grid — no gutters, no card lift — while the mimic diagram is built up from the line drawing so an operator can read the plant at a glance.

FAT. Every lamp, every button, every alarm.

Factory Acceptance Testing runs the panel end-to-end: continuity, HiPot, functional simulation, lamp test on every window, and full annunciator logic. You're invited to the bench — nothing ships until you sign the FAT report.

Crated, shipped, commissioned.

Custom-built shipping crates, foam-lined for the mosaic face. Our commissioning engineers meet the panel on your floor, land it on the foundation, terminate field cables and stay for the first energised shift. Warranty starts the day you take over.
